* How To Return An Item *
Please email or call us within 4 days of receipt of the item at
returns@willwyatts.com to receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
Please be aware that the issuance of an RA# does not guarantee that the merchandise will be accepted for return. You will be notified of the acceptance once the merchandise has been returned and inspected by WWCC.
Please print out the email containing the RA# and include that with your full name, address, phone number and email address and reason for the return along with the returned merchandise.
Merchandise must be shipped securely packaged, pre-paid and must be received by WWCC within 10 days of receipt of the RA#.

WWCC recommends shipping returned merchandise via UPS, FedEx or insured parcel post for tracking purposes. WWCC does not take responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that any returned packages are lost, stolen or mishandled. Please also note that WWCC will not accept any packages that are sent C.O.D.
If furniture is being returned we recommend you have it professionally crated. Furniture returns require a 10% re-stocking charge whether being exchanged or credited.
Please note that the RA# must be written on the outside of the return package to ensure proper and timely handling of the return. Returned merchandise will not be processed nor will any refunds be made without an RA#. Upon receipt of your returned merchandise, WWCC will send you an email regarding the status of your return. We will process your return request within seven days following receipt of the package.
